Effective February 16, the Niagara Region, including St. Catharines, has transitioned into Ontario’s colour-coded framework for reopening. We are currently in the Grey-Lockdown Zone.

STC restaurants are open for takeout and delivery only. Retailers can open for in-person shopping at reduced capacities.

• 50 per cent for supermarkets and other stores that primarily sell groceries, convenience stores, pharmacies
• 25 per cent for all other retail, including, but not limited to discount and big box retailers, liquor stores, hardware stores and garden centres. Limited hours apply.
