6 Week Kick Start - this introductory SALE includes:
- 45 minute -1 hour min health & nutrition consultation so we can learn more about you and how to work best with you.
- 12 Personal Training Sessions: This is broken into 2 sessions per week for 6 weeks. You will learn to love-ish your trainer.
- 6 weeks of Saturday morning Bootcamps: A 45- minute online group workout using simple equipment, such as 1 kettlebell, or sometimes just bodyweight.
