Valentine’s Day is on Monday – do you need ideas for how to treat your date to a nice, romantic dinner?
With restaurants now open for indoor dinning (at 50% capacity), I’m looking forward to getting out with my valentine. And with so many restaurants and eateries in St. Catharines to choose from, there is surely a menu to suit whatever romantic soiree you’re planning.
Just in time for Valentine’s Day, OpenTable.com has released its list of Canada’s 100 Most Romantic Restaurants 2022 and a St. Catharines restaurant has received familiar notoriety as one of the top spots in the country.
The restaurant reservation website has named the Valley Restaurant to its list of favoured restaurants for the perfect date night.
“The Valley Restaurant brings a European feel to Niagara dining,” states the Valley’s Open Table listing.
“Tucked away on a quiet street in north St. Catharines … this trattoria style restaurant serves homemade Italian inspired cuisine.
“The atmosphere is warm and inviting with a large fireplace, intimate tables, white linen tablecloths and impeccable service.”
The most romantic restaurants list showcases places that make it easy for diners to connect and create amazing memories and was compiled by analyzing more than 726,000 reviews by verified OpenTable diners.
