About The Foster Festival
Bringing humour with heart to the heart of Niagara!
The Norm Foster Theatre Festival is a professional theatre company based in St. Catharines and inspired by the work of internationally renowned Canadian playwright Norm Foster. The Foster Festival is the first theatre festival in Canada to celebrate the works of a living Canadian playwright. The Foster Festival’s mainstage summer season runs from July to August at the Mandeville Theatre at Ridley College.
Focusing on our mandate of producing uplifting, heartfelt comedies written by Canadians, the Foster Festival has launched our Play Development Program and will host our first annual Fostered Playwrights Festival in April 2024.
