Spring is in full swing and, as they say, April showers bring May flowers. Tulip season is in full bloom in Ontario, with colourful displays popping up all over St. Catharines. They don’t call us the Garden City for nothing.
Local flower farms and markets are welcoming visitors to their gardens to enjoy the beauty of the season and pick their own bouquets from their tulip fields. Here are some flower farms in St. Catharines and Niagara that are just blooming beautiful.
Roadside Flower Market
Roadside Flower Market’s very first tulip festival is happening now and visitors are welcome to its field to harvest from 500,000 tulips. Flowers are popping up now and filling the gardenswith pops of colour and tulips the size your hand. In addition to picking families will also enjoy taking pictures with props in the fields and inside the three-storey barn on the property as well as inflatables, wagon rides, fire pits and more.
