The FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre presents Celebrating Gord and The Hip in St. Catharines Wednesday, October 16.
A community celebration of the music and legacy of Gord Downie and The Tragically Hip continues to grow with performances from local musicians, high school student artists and the winners of an upcoming contest inviting Niagara to share their favourite Hip memory, poem and song.
The evening closes with the return of The Poets, a stellar Tragically Hip tribute band who are travelling all the way from Moosonee / Moose Factory to St. Catharines as Downie Wenjack Artist Ambassadors.
