Enjoy a 45-minute all-levels Hatha yoga practice followed by 30 minutes of chakra sound healing in the beautiful Henry of Pelham Family Estate Winery ballroom. After practice, enjoy a guided tasting flight.

Join Bodhi Yoga at Henry of Pelham for a rejuvenating half-day yoga retreat. Enjoy a beautiful 45-minute asana practice and 30 minutes of breathwork and meditation. After practice, enjoy a light snack before heading out on a wine tour of Henry of Pelham. Then, enjoy a delicious lunch provided by Natures Corner (vegetarian and gluten-free options available), freshly made iced tea and a wine flight.
