Have an ‘ice time

Is there anything more Canadian than strapping on some skates for a lap or two around an outdoor rink? Neighbourhood ice rinks driven by the community will soon be popping up around St. Catharines. These rinks have been built by and are operated by resident volunteer groups within the individual neighbourhoods. Whether it’s for family time, learning to skate or keeping up a healthy lifestyle, they are a place where everyone can play.

Hit the ice at these community outdoor ice rinks in the following St. Catharines parks:

Port Dalhousie Lions Park

Ice availability and skating conditions are dependent upon the weather, and please remember to keep public health advice top of mind when enjoying a skate with your family. Practice physical distancing, wear a face covering when required or if physical distancing is a challenge, wash / sanitize your hands frequently and follow any posted instructions.
